Welcome to Novofooder Mfg. By accessing our website or placing an order for our commercial kitchen equipment (including but not limited to Modular Cooking Ranges, Fryers, Griddles, and Warm Keep Series), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Distributor" or "Client") and Novofooder Mfg. (the "Manufacturer").

Our products are engineered for commercial environments (restaurants, central kitchens, hotels). Clients must verify they are a registered business entity or authorized distributor. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) or commercial verification standards.

We specialize in customized design and tooling development. For ODM/OEM orders:

• Specifications: Clients must provide accurate technical specifications for modular combinations, voltage requirements, and gas types.
• Tooling & Molds: Custom molds (e.g., for Waffle or Takoyaki machines) require final approval of blueprints before production begins. Once production starts, design changes may incur additional costs.
• Lead Time: Production lead time provided are estimated and may vary based on order volume and customization complexity.

We provide factory-level reliability for all our equipment.
